IS THS YOUR FULL TIME JOB?

Yes, I have been a full time wedding and boudoir photographer for 3 years. I do not work in any other job, and dedicate all of my working time to my clients.

WHAT'S THE BOOKING PROCESS LIKE?

Once I receive your enquiry I'll be in touch within 24 hours to let you know if I have your date available.


If I do then we will arrange a quick zoom call or even meet up in person to check we fit the vibe check!

After that you choose your package, pay your 20% deposit, sign a photography contract and then you're all booked in!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

For a full day coverage, as soon as you have your venue booked. Earlier is better as some dates get booked 12+ months in advance.



CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR ME?

After we've had a chat and you've decided I'm the photographer for you, I hold dates for 7 days to give you a chance to read through the contract and pay the deposit.


Your booking is not confirmed until both contract and deposit are received but if someone else enquires about your date I will let you know so you have a chance to finalise the booking first. If I don't hear from you I will assume you no longer wish to book in and will offer your date to the next couple.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! I regularly shoot in England, Scotland and overseas.


Destination weddings and elopements are quoted on an individual basis for travel costs.

IS TRAVEL INCLUDED?

For Full day coverage in England & Wales - yes

Scotland, NI and other destinations will incur a travel charge.


For part day coverage a travel fee will be charged for venues over 30 miles from SA13.

WHEN WILL MY BALANCE BE DUE?

The final balance is due 1 month before your wedding. You can make early payments or pay in full on booking.

Any money paid over the retainer amount is protected until the date your final balance would be due.

WHAT IF YOU HAVEN'T SHOT AT OUR VENUE?

No issue at all! I will do venue visits beforehand to check lighting situations, scout locations for portraits and learn of any restrictions. You are more than welcome to come with me and discuss any and all ideas.

IF I BOOK, WILL IT BE YOU SHOOTING MY WEDDING?

Of course! I don't hire out any associate shooters on my behalf. I take on a very limited number of weddings a month to ensure I am not overbooked and my clients receive exceptional service.

The ONLY time I will ever send an associate is if for an unexpected reason I am unable to attend your wedding. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNLIKELY, but if the pandemic taught us anything then it's to be prepared for the worst. I have a network of photographers I work with who would take over in this instance and I would edit the images and offer a post wedding couples shoot.


Please be assured this is extremely unlikely. In all my years shooting weddings I have not had to get an associate in but I need to have provisions in place just in case - for your peace of mind and my own.

CAN I BOOK A SECOND SHOOTER?

You can but usually one photographer is plenty to cover a full day for you!

I usually recommend a second shooter If you know you want full coverage of both partners getting ready (at different locations) or if you have 200+ guests.

DO WE REALLY HAVE TO FEED YOU?

I don't have it in my contract to provide meals so you don't have to, but it's always appreciated and most people do.

Often there's no where to store food brought from home at venues and if there's no bar option then finding somewhere to grab something to eat is difficult.

Venues usually provide lower cost vendor meals which are great but if a meal isn't available I just ask that you please let me know so I can make arrangements. (I will likely need to leave the venue for at least 1 hour in this instance)

WHAT IF YOUR CAMERA BREAKS ON OUR WEDDING DAY?

I always carry 3 cameras and multiple lenses/flashes in case of any equipment failure so don't worry! You're in safe hands with me.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS BACK?

A preview link will be sent out typically within 24 hours of your day (this may increase to 48 during peak season)

Your full online gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks unless you have upgraded to priority 10 day turnaround editing.


If you have opted for an album or wall art they can take up to an additional 4 weeks for design and printing.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Everything is digital now so you'll receive an awesome online gallery to view and download your images from. You can share your link with all your friends and family who can also download whatever images they like free of charge. There is a print store within the gallery if you'd like to order some prints and wall art.


For the more traditional of you, I do offer a package including an album which we design together.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT GROUP SHOTS?

Lets be honest, they aren't the most fun part of the day but you know your nan is going to love 'em.


I usually recommend 10-15 groups to cover the bridal party and the most important people. Remember there is an entire day to grab a photo with anyone else you'd like but in a less time sensitive time.

Yes. If your venue requires a copy please let me know.

WE WANT TO DO SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT, CAN YOU HELP WITH IDEAS?

Yes! When you book me you get my guidance and creative ideas. If you have any particular ideas for shots just let me know and I can make your ideas a reality. I'm more than happy to work with sparklers, confetti and smoke bombs to add something different to your images ( though these will be subject to venue approval)

ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?

Makes me sad that this is even a question, but of course I am
